An additional caller stating that a 25-year-old Black male, white shirt, was pulling a female out of the dark sedan and the female yelled, stop, you're hurting me. 314 arriving, can you divert me from my current call? Show me checking in with 24 and can you put that back in. 10-4, 314.

Radley to Adam, 324. 324. Can I get you en route to this nature unknown, Capitol Boulevard at I-440 eastbound? It's going to be a dark-colored sedan. The complainant states a male looks like they were pulling someone out of the driver's seat by their hair. They were pulled to the side. Unknown if this is going to be related to the vehicle accident at Capitol and 440. The caller stated they did not see any other vehicles. 10-4, you can just send me both of them. 10-4, we did just...
