403, 405. It's going to be at 4264 North River Road. 4264 North River Road. The neighbor kids at this address were outside screaming. When RP checked on them, their behavior seemed off. Advise they may be on scene here with one of their aunts who was chasing them around with a scary costume. Now the children are coming outside asking for ice. Our call taker is still on the phone with the RP.
