Address to possibly 3813 Trent Ave. Caller states that there was a male outside of her house, possibly on drugs, rolling around on the ground, hollering, taking off his clothes. This call came in at 1832. I did attempt to call back and got no response. That is a Hispanic male with no further description, CAD 6690.
