Signal 65, 209 Chicago Ave at the Kroger's. Male on the front bench. 59 advised there's a white male, short red hair, last night in black jacket. He's outside drinking 10-56. Material was trying to talk to 69 until they ran away. The 59 wanted me to tell you that he's also on the bench and he is not drinking, so he is not sure why he is.
