States two women are tampering with the electrical box at this location. White female in her mid-40s, blue shirt, gray pants. Another white female in her mid-40s, wearing a gray shirt, unknown pants. Suspects obviously went to the gas station off of 30th and Reed. Caller's requesting officers check the area. Caller's third party received information from the neighbors. 31.
