3235, I have an assault just occurred, 855 West 22nd Street at Fresh Market. Caller stated there was a male that punched an employee when he was stopped for shoplifting. Male's going to be a Black male in a blue sweatsuit in a wheelchair. He's an amputee. But he took about $300 in laundry detergent and alcohol.
