At the Safeway on Mesa Ridge, 6925 Mesa Ridge Parkway, for the check the welfare. Subject is 30-year-old Black male, 6'5", thin-built, bald, last seen wearing a brown shirt, black pants, bright green shoes, unknown weapons, possible DK or drugs. Seems confused and is walking around the parking lot asking for a person by the name of Robin. He is currently on the side of the subway, side of the parking lot, standing in the intersection, going in and out of traffic.
