Bike 11 on your 242. Sounds like caller and her sister are now home. They're in a moving vehicle on the freeway off-ramp when something was thrown at their moving vehicle from another moving vehicle. They pulled over at 5th and J. That's when the 242 occurred. There were children in the car, but the children weren't hurt.
