Police have located a possible suspect walking northbound on 11th Avenue and are preparing to make contact.

 Looks like he's wearing like a dark gray sweatpants, made of black shoes, navy blue socks,

 and he's carrying a number of items in his hands to include like a plastic cup.

 He does have facial hair, like a beard or a goatee.

 And then the trucker style hat has the Arizona flag on the brown front part of the hat.
