1352 Southeast 2nd Street, Barbara Higgins Park. Being advised that a 744 taking bricks, trying to break the merry-go-round on the playground, approximately 10 minutes ago. Caller advised that the parents aren't doing anything. They're letting them throw the bricks. Two brav- two children are bravo Mike, 7 years of age with long dreads.
