Units getting a call for a rushed driver, 525 29th Avenue South, 525 29 Ave South. There's a subject speeding around the neighborhood, going in circles, getting close to people and almost hit a group of kids. It's been a red Chevy Camaro with a handicapped placard, no tag on the vehicle. States this is occurring, last 20 minutes. Complainant can be called if necessary. Further, if I receive it, 1827.
