10-4. 10-4. 10-4 units, be advised, we have another signal 12 at 2421 North Federal Highway. They're going to be heading southbound on Federal Highway. Approximately 75 juveniles on motorcycles or bicycles are headed southbound on Federal Highway. They're approximately 12 to 14 years old. It looks like they're wearing black and they have helmets on. Cases 11, 0, 3, 2, end of BOLO, resume normal at 1749 hours.
