5865 Robert Oliver Place in front of Oakland Mills Liquors. Caller's advising there's a young Hispanic male in all black clothing. He's standing outside asking for beer, but he doesn't have an ID. He might be underage. Caller also believes he may already be intoxicated. They're advising he's closer to LA Mart.
