in front of 275 East Midland Road. 275 East Midland Road, cross of the 7 Mile and 8 Mile. Caller lives at this address. There's a maroon Chevy four-door on the side of the road in front of here. Looks like there's a female in the driver's seat who could possibly be having a medical emergency. She looks like she's trying to stay awake. She sees her head keep raising and falling. Caller didn't want to approach her. 1643.
