551 or any other unit available, have a 10-26, I-44, northbound just south of 23rd Street. 44, northbound just south of 23rd. Be a black Toyota RAV-4 on the inside shoulder, flat tire. RP has a silver Toyota Tacoma parked behind the vehicle. They're requesting traffic control, all the tires changed.
