Possible time delay, road rage incident, 099 and 1 Avenue South Bridge, road rage. Other party pointed a gun at the caller with a now 45-minute time delay. The caller, south side of the city, doesn't want contact, and suspect was last seen going southbound on 1 Avenue South.
