I have a disturbance at Quiltrip, 3401 University Avenue. A banned subject came in and is knocking over display shelves and screaming at people. Going to be looking for a male Hispanic in his 30s, wearing a gray backpack, checkered gray and blue pajama pants, and sandals. He's also carrying a garbage bag.
