113, traffic hazard at Capitol and 128, westbound Capitol, 128. There's traffic barrels in the roadway. We got a call from Milwaukee County Transit Bus System stating that one of the buses reported the barrels being a hazard and that they had to stop in traffic in order to make a turn. Currently in the Metro Market lot, looking for a 10-17 to assist with exiting the parking lot. 10-4.
