Reporting a male exposed himself to juveniles while sitting on the church steps on West 3rd. Subject was last seen southbound on West 3rd Street wearing black shirt, khaki pants. He has a beard, carrying a black backpack. Complainant is in front of that location in Black Tahoe, wearing a long-sleeved shirt, black pants. Yeah.
