714. Go ahead. About 10 minutes ago, 410 Empire Boulevard at Boulevard Grill, caller saw an abandoned vehicle in the parking lot. They dumped that vehicle and left in a different vehicle. 713. 713. 8 P as well. 10-4. 14 035. 10-4. They said the vehicle's abandoned in the parking lot. It's a black SUV with no plates. They left in a dark colored truck, unknown license plate.
