Units on the 245, the complainant said the subject began following him at 32nd and I-Street and thought he stole a car battery. They're associated with a light-colored pickup truck, possibly a Chevy, parked between Elkhorn and I-Street on the east side of 32nd. The second subject, who was not armed, may have returned to the car. The complainant thinks the subject with the bat is still at the gas station.

District 2 units, same unit to copy, need to start you for a 245 just occurred in District 1, Elkhorn and 32nd Street at the AM-PM break. Complainant was out running, was threatened by two transients with a bat who said they were going to kill him. The transients are still 97 outside the gas station now. It's still getting further.
