At 4002 University Drive at McDonald's, there's a silver Toyota, possibly Corolla, with unknown state tag, Neo Echo 1 November Alpha 72, responded by a white female with a short crop top and black hair. She's in the drive-thru advising she keeps hopping out of the car and running around and then hopping back into the car. They think she's on 1079.
