Complainant's sister just called her, advised that her boyfriend hit her with his vehicle and then took off in a gold Nissan 4 with a white driver's side door. The pedestrian is a female, White or female, Hispanic adult with a white tank top, mini skirt, started to walk southbound on 21st while we were landline, and the driver just drove off westbound on I-Street.

Alpha 35, 36 to start, 901A, 21st Street and I-Ida, 3B. There was someone screaming that they had their leg run over. We also had a duplicate caller with an open line with a female screaming that a vehicle ran over another female's leg. Unknown if that vehicle was still 906.
