The caller advised there was a physical fight and that a patient is bleeding from the eye. The patient is a 50-year-old male. He is conscious and breathing. This happened less than six hours ago. The assailant is gone. Their location is unknown. The bleeding is serious. The patient is completely alert. The injury is to the head. No difficulty breathing. Law enforcement has a call but is currently not yet en route. It's still at 36.
