4851. 10-4. 11853 Southwest 26th Street. Time of the day, 5 minutes, vehicle versus pedestrian. Caller advised car just hit him with his car mirror and then took off. No injuries. It was going to be a black Kia. The complainant advised that the subject booted cars in the community. Case number 217.
