Control Charles 312, type of a hit-and-run accident at 4120 East Southport Road. There was a black Ram truck that went westbound on Southport. It's involved in a hit-and-run. It looks like the plate might be like a veteran plate or like a Navy plate for cars in the area. See if they can locate that vehicle. Again, it went westbound.
