Correction. Respond to Lookout Avenue at Lookout Circle. Lookout Avenue at Lookout Circle in South Rome also. South Broad and East Main. Reference to a male that's lying in the roadway. He is possibly on some type of drugs or intoxicated. There's also a dog with him, but it doesn't look like he's been attacked by the dog. We do have PD en route.
