In the area of 100 Meade Avenue, 100 Meade Avenue, caller Tanya advising near the train tracks in front of this location, there are suspicious circumstances of a female subject that was approached by a male, and she recoiled as if she was in distress. Her body language seemed like she may be in distress. She was backing away from the male as though he was confronting her, had her arms wrapped around her. There were also another male subject standing in the dark.
