Respond to Carol in reference to a possibly 1055 subject. Caller advised that somebody came up to her. They saw a white male, average height with red hair, wearing a red and white striped polo shirt and khakis. Advised that he was harassing, I guess, other students and making racial slurs. Advised he ran towards the parking lot between Carol and Metcalf on foot.
