It's going to be 640 Manitou Avenue. It's unit 1. RP reported that power is out at address and there are flashlights in the front yard and they're making RP's husband nervous. RP is currently en route in a Kia, in a silver Kia Sportage. Husband is going to be a Jason Coca. No weapons seen, no drugs, alcohol, no suspect description. Break for caution.
