on the 240 in Divisadero. So the suspect is still there. He was in the other Uber, which is the Blackboard Explorer, but now they're saying that he came out. He's trying to hit the RP again.

And Northern units on that 240 on Divisadero. It looks like another RP came on the line saying that they are the Uber drivers and the Black Ford Explorer. Looks like the Black Ford Explorer is going to stay and wait for PD to show up. The victim is refusing a 408, but he has bleeding to the right finger.
