You're going to be heading to 1443 East 71st Street, 1, 443 East 71. We're getting a call that we have multiple juveniles outside, but one juvenile wearing black and gray with a mask and gloves is waving a pistol around. He looks around 14 to 15 years old, and it looks like he possibly started a fire as well.
