46. Control of the surrounding area of Carrier and University. Report of a reckless driver. Complainant advised that 2028, her friend and herself were walking across the crosswalk of Carrier Drive from the direction of Chandler Hall. They were headed towards Ballard Parking Deck. A white vehicle accelerated towards them and almost hit them.
