UNITS, 10-23, 10-65, below reference signal 12. Two lifted pickup trucks were seen doing donuts near State Road 64 and I-75 in the middle of the road. One truck is black, the other is white with damage, possibly headed eastbound on 64 from the interstate. No further, 43, 10-98, below 2044.
