812 B, code 4. 812, go ahead. 10-4. It's a 647 at 122 North 2nd Street. It's in front of the hotel at the Hyatt Regency. One ago when the call came out, there's a Black male, 30s to 40s, 5'8", 120 pounds, with a gray shirt, red shorts, black backpack, black shoes, no weapons, in front of the hotel. Said he was yelling and possibly 390, making guests uncomfortable. The security guard is for contact at 1741.
