10-4, need you to advise. This is from Darlington County, TA Travel Center, 2301 West Lucas Street. They're advising they need an ALS unit. Advises their basic truck, patient with head lacerations over his left eye and high, blood glucose almost 700. Their ETA is less than seven minutes.
