It's going to be 841 Riverside in Powell. RP states that the neighbor's dogs are chasing the kids that are riding the bikes out in the street. In fact, the dogs are acting aggressively. This is an ongoing problem. He has spoke to the homeowners before, and they just rushed it off like it's no big deal.
