What can the city do? The police are handcuffed. The kids are too young to go to jail. This is totally on the parents/parent. They have these kids and don’t give a damn where they are or what they’re doing. Why? Because most of their parents are doing the same stuff. It’s generational. The kids only know what they see from a young age. And what they see and experience usually isn’t good. So don’t blame the city or police…blame the parents who have these kids and just allow them to run the streets unsupervised. This won’t change in my lifetime.
It is really sad these 14 .15 . 16 yr olds out here with guns an they the sad part is Cincy isn’t doing shit not a dam thing . It is everyday dam day anymore. Mayor police chief a then they do t want flock cameras. What the hell???

You do not need to show that person getting CPR. Would you want your mom or other family member to see you like? It’s terrific and extremely insensitive
