There's a male subject in a vehicle hitting a dog with a bat or a pole. The vehicle is going to be a silver Chevrolet SUV, unknown plate. Caller can hear the dog yelping. Subject who is attacking the dog, male, black, 30s, 6'3", medium build, green shirt, black pants. He was doing it in the back of the SUV. Sam 5 to copy. Copy.
