417. Respond on 205 Big Bend Drive, Wood River, male link. Caller was cutting outside, only was able to get minor details. Advising of a white male wearing a red shirt with dark pants that is outside this residence. He is acting odd, has gotten into this white pickup truck at one point, tried to drive off. The caller is concerned that he is not fit to be driving.
