South Academy and I-25 southbound. We'll be starting medical as well. Driving northbound on Academy, there is a subject under the bridge. It looks like they're passed out with a bicycle. RB was a passerby. Subject was laying on the ground and a bike was partially in a lane of traffic. Unknown if male or female. They're wearing a black hoodie and black shorts.
