Caller's reporting two Black male teenagers wearing dark clothing on the roof of Rosie's, throwing things at passing vehicles, 1748. 4 units on a point of information, traffic complaint in the area of East Second Pike and South Salina. East Second Pike and South Salina Street, 20 to 30 motorcycles and dirt bikes and ATVs doing wheelies, speeding back and forth in this area at 1748.
