Swan Wolf, 4311 Dixie Highway. An intoxicated subject. It's going to be a male on the corner with a baby in his arms. Appears to be a 2 or 3-year-old. It's a male, white, reddish-maroon t-shirt with dark hair. Advise, he's possibly on 218A, has drool coming from his mouth. Would you guys like us to start a squad? Erlinger 27.
