Respond to Jackson Crossing, 1092 Jackson Crossing, cross of West Avenue and Boardman, passerby. Caller's on a welfare check on two white males, panhandling, had a little girl with him about four years old. Caller's concerned due to it being a busy road. He could only advise that it's in front of the Jackson Crossing, couldn't give a store or a good cross street. That'll clear.
