10-4, got a call coming past Callie and Gardens, 1624 West Carolina Avenue. Kelsey McKenzie advised that it's a reckless driver going into the city. Advise it's got a North Carolina partial tag. Last three numbers, the tag of 994 on a black Ford Escape. Caller said that at one point that they switched drivers. They were heading towards the city of Hartsell. But then they advised they took a left by tractor supply. So we're suggesting they're possibly in the county now. She's requesting the 21.
