Charlie 38. 3320 Triana Boulevard at the Children's Fantasy Playhouse. Caller advised there was a white SUV or van with a door open and a purse on the seat. She thought it was suspicious, but she didn't call until she was back in ARAB, so it was over an hour. 10-16 on.
