Engine southbound, officers, can you check C9 driving, Battlefield and Fremont, last seen eastbound for sports bikes. They were holding up traffic and making rude gestures towards other drivers. Drivers wearing a black helmet, white helmet, orange helmet, and a black helmet. They all turned into the mall parking lot.
