Need you to respond, 40 Cool Spring Street for harassment. Kids are harassing her husband through rocks. It's an ongoing issue. Kids ran past the Goodwill. All five kids, black, three males, had dreads. The other male, blonde hair, two females. Husband was hit in the head with a rock, not injured. He was hit in the head with a rock, not injured.
