Copy, 881 en route. Engine 73, paramedic 881, responding, 7901 East Presidio Road for an 86, 86-year-old male. Medical alarm sounding. Alarm company was able to make contact. Patient fell. They're unsure of injuries. Advised to come through the back gate. Patient will be sitting on the back patio. Nothing further.
