221, starting unit towards the Checkwell Beat at 623 East Kerr. Original caller said they received information from someone, a juvenile, saying that there was a male there causing a disturbance, threatening people with a screwdriver. Then we got a second call from another juvenile who said that the subject on scene was on controlled substance and put a gun in a girl's face. The subject is going to be an Anthony Highfield.
